Our factory is in the township of Pingdi, in the Longgang District of Shenzhen City. The factory has a total of 1000 Square Meters. Besides the production floor, our facility comprises of office space for the Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality Control Department as well as showroom. We also have a warehouse space that is used mainly to stock raw materials for mass production. At the same time, we also have injection machines and roto-casting for vinyl items on site.
Dowella also has two painting lines to customize products as well as ten pad printing and silk printing machines. Our production floor has two production lines that can hold up to 50 workers (per line) used for final assembling.
While we do not have our tool workshop, we outsource the tool-making to our trusted suppliers. We also have suppliers for automatic packaging (flow and foil packaging), dust-free rooms, blow injections, and silicone parts.
Dowella’s factory has ISO90001. It is also Disney and NBCU approved as well as Merlin, making us able to provide products for customers looking for a certified factory to produce licensed products.
