Our Process

Step 1

Upon your first contact with one of our Sales Representatives, you will describe your needs for your product (materials, functionality, cosmetics, price, quantity, tentative shipping date). Our Teams will evaluate the project and propose you a cost for the project development (3D Drawings, prototypes, and tool costs) product cost and lead time.
Step 2

After your approval to move forward, our Engineering Department will work on the 3D Drawings, that we will send for your consent. Only after we get your consent, we will move to the next step, which is making prototypes of the product to see how it will look in real life.
Step 3

Only after the approval of the prototype, we will begin the construction of the tools. We will use the 3D modeling that was done during the prototype to start cutting the tools. This lengthy process may take somewhere between 30 to 40 days, depending on the complexity of the mold, material, quantity of molds, among other factors. Once finished, it will be tested and fixed several times before it can be ready for mass production.
Step 4

After the completion of the tools, we will send a pre-production sample to you for approval; we will then be ready to start mass production of your item. Mass production takes around 30 to 35 days, but this may vary based on the complexity of the product, total quantity, and how many tools are available to make the product. Upon finishing the mass production and having passed your Quality Inspection, your product will be ready to ship.
